We had such a fun weekend. Madeline played with daddy a lot.

She also played with her new doll house that we picked up for only a dollar at the church block party.

Then she helped mommy make cookies...

..and tested them for quality. It was her first chocolate chip cookie.

We went to a picnic with friends at Central Park to say goodbye to those who are graduating and leaving the city. Sniff, sniff.

Truman and Madeline were very intrigued by the Russell's little baby.

A few feet from our picnic was a Mexican folklore festival. It was very cool with a lot of traditional dancing and drumming.

We topped the weekend off with a barbeque with friends on their fabulous Manhattan deck. Why are long weekends so short?

Looks like a busy weekend! I'm loving the pig-tails! So cute! And those cookies look perfect! What's your secret?
Can I just say that I would love to wear one of those traditional Mexican headdresses. With the feathers that stick up like 6 feet in the air. I want one.
