Granny Mae Interview

We love Charles' grandmother Rev. Mae Etta Moore! She has been in the ministry for over 30 years and is such a great example and matriarch of the family. Recently Granny Mae (as Madi calls her) was interviewed in celebration of Martin Luther King's Birthday. Check out the link to the interview. She shares some great insights of the civil rights movement and she sure is a natural in front of the camera.

Fun with Cousins

It turns out that our little Madeline is a rocker! Her cousins taught her how to play Lego Rock Band. "We will, we will, rock you..." That's right, our 2 year old knows that song.
"Na, na, na, na...na, na...na na can't touch this" Wii Dance games at the Potter's.
This poor goat! Madi tortured him by eating a stick of celery right in front of him.
While at the sand dunes at Snow Canyon Benja and Jakie made pretty convincing....
...drought victims. "..Water....water..."
While Madeline was somewhat amused by their antics, she preferred to pick weeds and replant them in a nice, straight row. Seriously, why do we buy toys?To the naked eye this may look like Cheryl, my mother in law, doing a graceful ballet jump in the sand. Oh, wait, it IS my mother in law doing a graceful ballet jump in the sand.
What would we do without cousins!

Wedding Day in Las Vegas

Wedding Day in Las Vegas
We were surprised to see our family and friends lined up outside the temple after we were married. It was a nice moment for us.
